Are your watches water-resistant?

Most of our models are 3 ATM water-resistant, meaning they are safe for hand washing and light rain but not suitable for swimming or showering.

How long does shipping take and which courier do you use?

Your orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Domestic deliveries typically take 2–4 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all domestic orders within Turkey.

What is your return or exchange period?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

All our watches come with a 12-month warranty. Mechanical defects are covered; damage caused by impact or water is excluded.
