At Kephes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The invoice and any accessories must be included.
  • Used, scratched, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Send your return request to us via email.
  2. Once your request is approved, ship the product to us using our designated courier service.
  3. After we receive the product, it will be inspected and refunded within 5 business days if it meets the return conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange instead of a return.
