At Kephes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
- You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us first via info@kephes.com.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The invoice and any accessories must be included.
- Used, scratched, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Send your return request to us via email.
- Once your request is approved, ship the product to us using our designated courier service.
- After we receive the product, it will be inspected and refunded within 5 business days if it meets the return conditions.
Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
- You may request an exchange instead of a return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
